The purpose of this Collective Agreement, hereinafterreferred to as the “Agreement”, is to establish the terms and conditions of employment of all Members of the Bargaining Unit employed by the Board, including salaries, employeebenefits, working conditions and other matters, and to establish an expeditiousprocedure for the resolution of grievances which may arise.
