THIS AGREEMENT (“Contract”) is made and entered into by the State of Texas, through the RAILROAD COMMISSION OF TEXAS (“RRC”), a state agency located at 1701 N. Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701 and ARRCO WELL SERVICE, LLC (“Vendor”), located at 681 Bradshaw Rd, Carrizo Springs, Texas 78834 (individually “Party”; collectively “Parties”).
