This plan is designed to outline our agreement to support your student, who is being considered for retention in third grade as a result of not scoring “met expectations” or “above expectations” score in English Language Arts on their TCAP assessment. This plan was collaboratively developed with your child’s school, teacher, and/or counselor to provide interventions to support your child towards promotion to the fourth grade. We are ready to partner with you to support their success.
