We will confirm your appointment 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled time. We will confirm via telephone, email, or text message. We ask for at least a 24 hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment and 48 hour notice for all surgical and extensive appointments. We charge $50/per hour for patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments and for patients who fail to give us sufficient notice that they have a conflict.
