This Community Development Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into this day of , by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") and the Greater Cincinnati Building & Construction Trades Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Council") and each of its affiliated Local Unions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Union” or “Unions”), with respect to the site preparation, demolition, construction and renovation of the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”). The term “Contractors” shall include all Contractors and subcontractors of whatever tier engaged in construction work within the scope of this Agreement, including the General Contractor, when it performs construction work within the scope of this Agreement. The term “Owner” shall refer to the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio.
