THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is hereby entered into by and between the Village of Oswego, 100 Parkers Mill, Oswego, Illinois, and the Oswego Fire Protection District, 3511 Woolley Road, Oswego, Illinois 60543. For purposes of this Agreement, the Village of Oswego and the Oswego Fire Protection District shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as “the parties”.
