This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of NASA and Rocket Lab to enter into a partnership to enable use of capabilities resident at Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) to advance commercial and civilian aerospace interests. Under this arrangement, NASA can provide the following suite of range services, including but not limited to range surveillance, payload recovery, telemetry, radar, command/flight termination, optical tracking, mobile range and instrumentation, coordination and utilization of downrange assets.
