THIS WATER IMPACT FEE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of November, 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Town of Prosper, Texas (“Prosper” or the “Town”), and DNT Frontier, LP, a Texas limited partnership (the “Developer”), individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
