This is a legal agreement between each user that accepts this Services Agreement (each, a “Customer” or “You”)) and EmberSec, a division of By Light Professional IT Services LLC, with its principal place of business at 8484 West Park Dr. Suite 600, Mclean, Virginia 22102 (“EMBERSEC”). EMBERSEC is a provider of data security and privacy threat Technical Services Assessment including identifying, assessing and helping customers to understand the risks to its organization that arise from the data it uses and generates (the “Technical Services”). For purposes of this Services Agreement, the term “Affiliate” means a person or entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with a stated party.
