This Amendment to the Alternate Contract Source No. 43211500-WSCA-15-ACS Participating Addendum (“Contract”) to the State of Minnesota Master Agreement No. MNWNC-116 (“Master Agreement”) is made by the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) IBM Corporation (“Contractor”), with its principal place of business located at 4660 La Jolla Village Dr., Ste 300, San Diego, CA 92122, collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
