The Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Toronto Catholic District School Board Professional Student Services Personnel such as audiologists,psychologists, psychoeducational consultants, psychological associates, social workers, pathologists, attendance counsellors, interpreters, community relations officers and research associates(hereinafter collectivelycalled the "Special Services and individually called a "special services staffmember") save and except Chief Psychologist, Chief Social Worker, Chief Pathologist, supervisors, and persons above the rank of the exclusions and persons covered by subsisting collective agreements.
