Roxborough Water & Sanitation District, which serves residential and business customers in northwest Douglas County, and Centennial Water & Sanitation District, which serves Highlands Ranch and northern Douglas County, have both approved an intergovernmental agreement whereby Centennial will deliver treated water to Roxborough’s newest customer base: residential customers in the Chatfield Acres and Chatfield East subdivisions located southwest of Highlands Ranch, and to existing businesses in the Titan Road Industrial Park.
