When signed by each party, this letter agreement (the “Agreement”) shall constitute the agreement between Tough Mudder Inc. (on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates, “Tough Mudder”) and the City of Wildwood, Missouri (“Supporter”) in connection with events conducted by Tough Mudder at Hidden Valley on August 25th & 26th18th and 19th, 2018, and for future Event dates in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 (the “Event”).
