This Interconnection and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), entered into this 30th day of August, 2002, is entered into by and between Comm South Companies, Inc. d/b/a Missouri Comm South, Inc. (“CLEC”), a Texas corporation, and Sprint Missouri, Inc., a Missouri corporation, d/b/a Sprint (“Sprint”), to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, local resale, and purchase of unbundled network elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
