This Agreement consists of the core terms and conditions and specific terms and conditions that will apply depending on the particular Services that we will provide to you, as agreed between us. Different parts of the Agreement will apply to Onshore and Offshore Clients. Onshore Clients are those clients receiving Services under this Agreement from DBUK and whose assets are held in custody by DBUK. Offshore Clients are those clients who receive Services under this Agreement from DBUK but whose assets are held by Deutsche Bank entities outside of the UK under a separate agreement.
