THIS AGREEMENT is entered into on this day of , 2023 , (“Effective Date”) by and between Rey Freeman Communications Consulting LLC (RFCC, LLC), a Minnesota Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska (hereinafter referred to as the “County”). Collectively the County and the Contractor may be referred to as “Parties,” and individually each may be referred to as a “Party.”
