The terms and conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions”) constitute a binding contract between The Trustee for Pitch Music Festival Unit Trust (ABN 50 429 003 692) 139 Dover St, Cremorne, VIC, 3121 (“Promoter”) and the person holding or using a ticket to the event Pitch Music & Arts 2023 (“Event”) at Moyston VIC (“Venue”) irrespective of whether the ticket was purchased by the person holding or using the ticket and applies to any subsequent holders or recipients of the ticket (“you” or “your”).
