This Executive Severance and Change in Control Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Docusign, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Paula Hansen (the “Executive”), an employee of the Company, effective as of Executive’s commencement of employment with the Company (the “Effective Date”).
