SUDS Marketing Services, Project Services, and Analytics Services Terms and ConditionsOhio • April 20th, 2023
These Terms and Conditions, along with the SUDS Marketing Services, Project Services Agreement, and/or Analytics Services Agreement shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the (“Agreement”). This Agreement is entered into by and between DRB Systems, LLC, doing business as SUDS Creative (“SUDS”) and the Customer named in the SUDS or DRB Order Form or other ordering document (“Order Form”) and including all entities controlled by or under common control therewith (the “Customer”). These Terms and Conditions shall govern and control unless, and to the extent, the Order Form conflicts. In that instance, the Order Form shall prevail. For existing Customers, these Terms and Conditions supersede any prior Terms and Conditions. SUDS and Customer may be referred to herein individually as a (“Party”) or collectively as (the “Parties”). Accordingly, the Parties expressly acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
