This NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT (White House) (this “Agreement”), dated for purposes of identification only as of January 1, 2008 (the “Date of Agreement”), is hereby entered into by and between the ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a public body, corporate and politic, (the “Agency”) and GANLAON CORPORATION, a California corporation doing business as Anaheim White House Restaurant, (the “Developer”).
