RECYCLING SYSTEMS, LLC (“Agreement”) is dated as of the 25th day of April, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between Village of River Forest, Cook County, Illinois (“Village”), Lakeshore Recycling Systems, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company authorized to conduct business in the State of Illinois (“Contractor”), and Roy Strom Refuse Removal Service, Inc., an Illinois corporation (“Prior Contractor”).
