100Witnesseth A. WHEREAS Hydro One is engaged in Construction industry work in the electrical power systems sector and desires to enter into collective agreements coveringEmployees in the bargaining unit as hereinafter defined; and WHEREAS the Union as defined in the covering page of this Collective Agreement, has in its membership competent, skilled and qualified Journeypersons and apprentices to perform work coming within the trade and craft jurisdiction; and WHEREAS Hydro One and the Union desire to mutually establish wages, hours and working conditions for Journeypersons and apprentices employed by Hydro One and other employers working under this agreement, further, to encourage closer co-operation and understanding between Hydro One and the Union to the end that a satisfactory, continuous and harmonious relationship will exist between the parties to this Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, Hydro One and the Union mutually agree that the working conditions as set out below shall
