DIMENSIONS TERMS OF ACCEPTABLE USETerms of Acceptable Use • May 16th, 2022
All use of the products, services and/or data offered to be supplied as part of the attached proposal (subject to whatever changes may be agreed, the agreed version being described herein as the “proposal”) shall be subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), which shall be incorporated into any resulting call-off contract (the “Agreement”) entered into under the G-Cloud 13 Framework Agreement RM1557.13 (the “Framework Agreement”) with the Crown Commercial Service (“CCS”). Capitalized terms in these Terms are defined in the body or at the end of these Terms, or other parts of the Agreement. References to “you”, “your” or similar in these Terms shall be limited to the department or group identified as the Buyer in the Agreement and the other provisions of these Terms, including the definition of “End Users”, shall be construed accordingly.
