This Client Agreement (“Client Agreement”) is a wrap fee investment advisory agreement that governs the investment advisory services provided by Commandiv LLC (“Commandiv,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), to our client(s) (“you” or “your”) with respect to your brokerage account(s) (collectively, your “Brokerage Account”) at Third Party Trade LLC (“TPT” or “Broker”). This Client Agreement similarly covers software-based services provided to you on an external, linked cryptocurrency account(s) (collectively, your “Cryptocurrency Account”) at Coinbase Inc. (“Coinbase”).
