ROBERTS CONTRACTING, INC., a corporation organized and authorized to do business in the State of Florida, having its principal office at 2102 Jim Johnson Road, Plant City, Florida 33566 (“Contractor”). The City and Contractor shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties”, and each may individually be referred to as a “Party”.

The City and Contractor shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties”, and each may individually be referred to as a “Party”.
