The deposit is collected as security against damage / loss and to block your planned dates. The entire deposit is refundable based on the fulfillment of this contract. .If cancellation occurs prior to 30 days of your planned stay 100% of the amount paid is returned. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before check in, 100% of deposit and 50% of rental is returned. Less than 14 days, no refund is due.
