For the past two years, Tyler Technology, Building Inspections, and Information Technology have been working to move to a more customer friendly and mobile platform for inspectors and builders. The tentative go live date is August 1st so the final documents needed to complete the setup are presented for Commissioner consideration. As a multi-year agreement, staff must have Board approval before proceeding. The three-year agreement allows the County to take advantage of more competitive pricing and lock in pricing for consistency in upcoming years.
