This Third Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement under Section 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the "Third Amendment"), is effective as of the 10th day of February, 2000 (the "Amendment Effective Date"), by and among Ameritech Information Industry Services, a division of Ameritech Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 350 North Orleans, Third Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60654, on behalf of Ameritech Illinois ("Ameritech") and AT&T Communications of Illinois, Inc., an Illinois corporation with offices at 222 West Adams Street, 15th Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60606 ("AT&T").
