The issuance of Maybank Islamic Ikhwan Visa Infinite Card-i (hereinafter referred to as “the Card”) by MAYBANK ISLAMIC BERHAD (787435-M), a licensed bank incorporated in and under the laws of Malaysia and having its registered office at 15th Floor, Tower A, Dataran Maybank, 1, Jalan Maarof, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (includes its successors-in-title and assigns, hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) and the Cardmember WHEREAS the Principal Cardmember has requested and Maybank Islamic Berhad has at the request of the Principal Cardmember agreed to issue to the Principal Cardmember the Principal Card and allow the Principal Cardmember to use the Principal Card and where applicable, issue to the Supplementary Cardmember the Supplementary Card and allow the Supplementary Cardmember to use the Supplementary Card upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.
