UT Southwestern Medical Center faculty, fellows, residents, postdocs and staff wishing to perform a systematic review (or use of a related methodology) will need to complete the Systematic Review Request Form. This form is applicable to complex projects, which can include but not be limited to systematic reviews (SR), consensus statements, practice guidelines, position papers, writing group publications or equivalent.
