On January 28, 2022, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA) entered into among PJM, Penn State Solar LLC (Penn State Solar) and West Penn Power Company (West Penn Power), designated as Service Agreement No. 6328.1 PJM states that it is submitting the WMPA for filing because Penn State Solar requested interconnection of its generating facility to West Penn Power’s non-jurisdictional facilities to engage in wholesale transactions in the PJM markets.
