This Amendment One (“Amendment”) is entered into between The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and San Antonio Food Bank, (“CONTRACTOR”), for the purpose of authorizing payment for extended services and to extend the term of their Original Agreement. HHSC and CONTRACTOR may be referred to in this Amendment individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
