This depository agreement for public fund entities, together with the terms of the BANK's bid to serve as depository, a copy of which is attached hereto, if applicable (collectively, this "Agreement"), is made and entered into on the date last herein written by and between City of Fair Oaks Ranch, hereinafter called "DEPOSITOR," and FROST BANK, a Texas state bank, duly organized and authorized by law to do banking business in the State of Texas and now carrying on such business in said State (the "BANK").
