, 2021 by and between the City of Pensacola, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, (d/b/a Pensacola Energy) with the business address of 222 W. Main Street, Pensacola, Florida 32502-0001 (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), and Escambia County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, with a business address of 221 Palafox Place, Suite 420, Pensacola, Florida 32502 (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”). At times, City and Customer may hereinafter be individually referred to as a “party” or collectively referred to as the “parties.”
