As an Integral part of the liberalisation of the telecommunications market in Switzerland, the Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM) allocates Service Numbers in the ranges 090x-, 0800-, 084x- and also Personal Numbers (0878-) individually to the respective Content Provider (CP) who thus becomes the number holder. This method of allocation is known as Individual Number Allocation (INA), see Reference .
