THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 12th day of December 2017, between the CITY OF CHINO HILLS, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City" and HINDERLITER, DE LLAMAS & ASSOCIATES hereinafter referred to as "Consultant". In consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:
