This amendment (“Amendment”), by and between Qwest Corporation dba CenturyLink QC (“CenturyLink”), a Colorado corporation, and Midcontinent Communications (“CLEC”), a South Dakota corporation, amends the CenturyLink™ Local Services Platform (“CLSP™”) Agreement (formerly known as “Qwest Local Services Platform™ (“QLSP™”) Agreement”) between the Parties.
