WHEREAS, the Liverpool Central School District (hereinafter “School District”) and Onondaga County Public Library (OCPL) (hereinafter “Contractor”) entered into an agreement dated (hereinafter “Agreement”) for the use of student data (name, birth date, school address) for the creation of library cards (hereinafter “Services”).
