This Eighth Amendment to Disposition and Development Agreement (“Eighth Amendment”) is entered into on , 2017, by and among Vandevco Residential LLC, a Washington limited liability company, as owner of Unit 1A; and Vandevco Residential II LLC, a Washington limited liability company, as owner of Unit 1B; and Vandevco Office Tower LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as owner of Unit 1C; and Vancouvercenter Development II, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, as owner of Unit 1D (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Developer”), Vandevco Limited, a Washington corporation (“Vandevco”), Holland Acquisition Co., LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“HE”), as purchaser of Unit 1B and Unit 1D, and the City of Vancouver, a State of Washington municipality (“City”).
