This Demetra Master Services agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Barco, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business at 3059 Premiere Parkway, Suite 400, Duluth GA 30097, or the Barco Affiliate designated on the Order (“Barco”) and the party ordering the Services for its internal use directly from Barco (“Customer”).
