This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among plaintiffs Amy Story, Christopher M. Sotir, and Jenny Lea Randall (“Named Plaintiffs”) and all those on whose behalf they are prosecuting this action (each of them a “Plaintiff” and all of them “Plaintiffs”), on the one hand, and defendant State Employees Federal Credit Union (“Defendant”), on the other hand, as of the date executed below. All references in this Agreement to a “party” or the “parties” shall refer to a party or the parties to this Agreement.
