A/C ELECTIC USAGE AGREEMENT - For those tenants that have electric included in the rent, we charge a Usage Fee per A/C unit/per calendar year. Please see the chart below and include the appropriate fees as indicated. You may pay the fee upfront as a lump sum or by monthly installments as listed. This fee is based on your occupancy date and not on the date of installation of the A/C. The fee applies if you use an A/C at any time this year.
