AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of ROLLING OAKS APARTMENTS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), is entered into effective as of October 4 , 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by EHOF SUNSET APARTMENTS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the sole equity member of the Company (the “Member”). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth on Schedule A hereto.
