This Charter School Renewal Contract (“Contract”), effective July 1, 2023, is made and entered into between Jefferson County School District R‐1 (the “District” or the “Authorizer”) and Excel Academy, a public charter school organized as a Colorado non‐profit corporation (the “School”) (District and School may individually be referred to as a “Party” or collectively, the “Parties”).
