In consideration of the Border Route Trail Association (called "Association") and/or the Minnesota Rovers Outdoors Club (called “Club”) event, permitting my participation therein, and the similar agreement by other participants, the undersigned assumes all risks of taking part in the event. Further, I agree that as to any personal- injury, including death, any damage to property, incurrence of expense or financial loss to myself that results from any acts or failure to act on the part of the Association or persons participating in the event, including negligence or other breach of common law or statutory duty,
