NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the provision of Division 1, Part 6, Chapter 8 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code (and the written authorization of the State Controller), that an agreement, a copy of which is on file in the office of the board of supervisors of Sierra County, has been made between said board of supervisors and County of Sierra and approved by the State Controller, whereby said county will sell to said County of Sierra under the terms set forth in said agreement all of the real property hereinafter described that is subject to the power of sale by the tax collector.
