MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into in good faith between the Tacoma Public Schools (TPS) and Pierce County Skills Center (PCSC) to provide up to two afterschool courses within the TPS, Monday – Thursday. The subject afterschool class(es) will not exceed 3 hours per day. This agreement recognizes that Lincoln High School is in transition to an extended-day delivery model 2014-15, and the start and end time of the subject PCSC afterschool classes will be mutually agreed upon by the Lincoln High School principal and PCSC director prior to offering the class(es). This MOU is relative to the PCSC Interdistrict Agreement and activation of the MOU is contingent upon TPS remaining as a member district of the PCSC.
