This Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of , 2018, by and between the City of Foster City/Estero Municipal Improvement District, a general law city (“Owner”), and the San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department, a joint powers authority formed in accordance with Government Code Sections 6500 and following (“Department”). Owner and Department may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
