This End User License Agreement (the EULA) is a legally binding agreement between the Egress entity (We, Us, Our ) and the customer entity (you, your ) identified on the applicable Order Form. It governs your subscription to and use of the Services, Software and Support where you subscribe through a reseller (a Reseller ). It applies to the exclusion of terms you seek, or have sought, to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing. FOR THOSE PURCHASING VIA A RESELLER, WE PROVIDE ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES, SOFTWARE AND SUPPORT SOLELY ON THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.
