Fundraiser Agreement This is a fundraiser agreement made between MIXED BAG DESIGNS ("MBD") and your organization ("The Buyer"). In consideration of the mutual promises herein contained, the parties agree as follows: PRICINGMBD will sell all products to The Buyer at fifty percent (50%) of the MBD catalog retail price. Promotional materials such as catalogs, order forms and envelopes will not be charged to The Buyer. Sales tax will be applied for California, Illinois, Maryland, Tennessee, Florida and Texas customers only (in accordance with their respective state tax laws). For the state of Texas: There is no longer a sales tax exemption for fundraisers done with third party fundraising companies (Rule 3.286 of the Texas Administrative Code). Sales tax collected in Texas will be based on the retail price paid by the customer.
